CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Solo $0.70–$0.75/mi or Team $0.90–$1/mi

Our company is looking for OTR drivers, solo or team, to run long-haul freight across multiple states on 3-4 week trips. You'll work as a 1099 independent contractor with weekly settlements, strong dispatch support and newer trucks.

Pay

• Solo drivers: $0.70-$0.75 per mile or 30% of gross, whichever applies

• Team drivers: $0.90-$1 per mile or 35% of gross, whichever applies

• Paid weekly

• Extra stops, detention time and layovers are all paid

Routes and schedule

• OTR runs, typically 3-4 weeks out before coming back in

• Flexible routes and schedules

• Qualified drivers may be able to take the truck home

Equipment

• 2024-2026 Freightliner Cascadia, Volvo and International trucks

• Dry van, reefer and flatbed trailers available

• Trucks come with a fridge, microwave, A/C and mattress

• Flight tickets provided and ELD support available

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license

• Must be able to commit to being out 3-4 weeks at a time

• Dependable with a track record of on-time deliveries

• If previously on SAP, must have completed the program (active SAP status not accepted)
