CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Midwest Routes, Up to $1,900/Wk + $2K Bonus

Our company is looking for experienced Class A CDL drivers for OTR runs across the Midwest. You'll haul no-touch freight for a small group of dedicated customers, running mostly drop-and-hook loads.

Pay

• Average weekly pay of $1,400 to $1,900 before taxes

• $2,000 sign-on bonus

• Weekly pay schedule

• Bonuses available for safety and DOT inspections

Home time and miles

• Target home time is every 7 to 10 days

• Typical trip length runs 2 to 3 weeks on the road with 3 to 4 days off

• You'll need to run at least 2,800 miles per week, with most drivers averaging 3,200 to 3,500

Where you'll run

• Routes stay in the Midwest, concentrated in eastern Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska

• No coastal runs on either side

• Occasional trips to states like Utah, New Mexico, Arkansas, Illinois or Wisconsin

What you'll haul

• 70 to 80% drop-and-hook loads, all no-touch

• Freight comes mainly from 5 dedicated customers, with few loads from brokers

Equipment

• 2024-2026 Kenworth T680 trucks with the VIT package, replaced every 500,000 miles

• Automatic transmissions paired with Cummins engines

• Trucks come equipped with a Carrier APU, inverter, refrigerator, double bunks, heated and cooled leather seats, and carpeted flooring

Requirements

• At least 2 full years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience, no exceptions

• Comfortable driving at night

• No more than 3 preventable or serious accidents or violations in the last 5 years

• No more than 4 jobs in the past 12 months unless you have a reasonable explanation

• No current or past SAP drivers

• No DUI or DWI history

• Reefer experience is a plus but not required

• Pets are not allowed, no exceptions

• Serious violations that will disqualify you include excessive speeding, reckless or careless driving, improper or erratic lane changes, following too closely, at-fault collisions, and felony or alcohol/drug-related convictions
