CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $80,000–$96,000/Year

Run OTR as a solo company driver with a carrier that ranks among the top-paying fleets in the country. This W2 position pays a strong base rate plus extra earning opportunities, with all miles counted.

Pay

• Base rate of $0.67-$0.73 CPM

• Accessorial pay (layovers, extra stops, breakdowns, on-time delivery bonus, etc.) typically adds another 5-7 CPM

• Elite Driver Program can add up to an extra $7,400 per year on top of other pay

• Every mile is paid, address-to-address

• Guaranteed annual raise of 1 CPM based on tenure

• Paid weekly, with a weekly minimum pay guarantee

• Yearly earnings range between $80,000 and $96,000

Home time

You'll get home on time.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 6 months of recent commercial driving experience
