CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $1,800+ Average Weekly Pay

EVO is growing its OTR division and needs CDL-A drivers on a steady lane running from Texas up through the East Coast. Expect average weekly miles of 2,700+, with New York and New Jersey off the route.

Pay

• Average weekly pay of $1,800+, at $0.67CPM

• $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid as $500 after 7 days and another $500 after 90 days

• Paid detention and paid orientation

• Paid quarterly safety training

• Referral bonus of up to $1,000

Home time and routes

• You run 14 days out, then get 2-3 days at home

• Freight moves through the Midwest, Texas and the East Coast, excluding NY/NJ

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience holding a valid CDL-A

• Criminal background check

• Clean MVR/PSP

• Able to lift 50 lbs overhead, using proper bending and lifting technique

• Able to climb in and out of the truck using three points of contact, and to stand steady on the catwalk behind the cab while coupling a trailer

• Able to bend to pull the fifth-wheel release, crank the landing gear handles, and get under the trailer to check the pin lock connection

• Able to sit and drive for at least 4 hours at a stretch without a break
