CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $1,300–$1,800/Week, No Forced NYC

Bay and Bay Transportation is looking for experienced OTR CDL-A drivers for steady, well-paid miles. You'll get big-carrier perks with the personal touch of a family-owned company.

Pay

• Weekly pay between $1,300 and $1,800

• Per-mile rate of $0.55 to $0.64 CPM

• Pay goes up annually, with direct deposit every week

• Extra pay available for detention time, driver referrals, vacation and holidays

Home time and freight

• Dispatch never forces a run into New York City

• Freight is no-touch

• Trucks are not slip-seated, so you keep your own assigned truck

What you'll drive

• Freightliner and Kenworth T680 trucks, model year 2022 or newer

• Trucks come with APU or auto start/stop, in-cab scanning, PrePass, and most have inverters

• Access to an updated driver lounge and terminal

Orientation

Orientation is paid, and the company covers your flight or rental car, meals, and a private hotel room while you're there.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license

• OTR tractor-trailer experience required (the posting states both 6 months and 12 months in different places, so confirm with recruiting)

• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years

• No more than 3 preventable incidents in the last 3 years
