CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $1,200–$1,600 Weekly

Our company is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers out of the Atlanta, GA area. Dedicated, over-the-road and team lanes are available, and the company says its driver pay has recently increased. You can also choose a lease purchase route if you would rather run your own truck.

Pay

• Company drivers are quoted $1,200 to $1,600 per week.

• The mileage rate is $0.50 to $0.80 per mile, depending on your experience and the miles you run.

• Mentoring a new driver adds $0.20 per mile on top of your base rate.

• Safety bonuses and a driver referral program are available.

• Earnings can vary with training, endorsements, tenure and days worked per week, and some locations are restricted.

Lease purchase option

• Solo drivers can lease a 2022 or 2023 Peterbilt for $599 per week, with the option to buy at the end of the term.

• No credit check, no money down, and no charges for trailer rental or the electronic logging system.

• PrePass, lumper and scale reimbursement, and the passenger program are included.

• Quoted earnings are $3,500 to $4,000 per week, with no-touch freight, weekly settlements and 34 hours of home time every week.

• Owner operators can also get access to individual major medical coverage through PAM's partners, Enrollment First and NAWP.

• This program is not offered to residents of Illinois.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.

• At least 21 years old.

• No DUI or DWI within the past 5 years.

• Either 3 months of CDL-A tractor-trailer experience in the last year with an accredited CDL school, or 1 year of CDL-A tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
