CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $1,000 Guaranteed Weekly Pay, Home Every 2 Weeks

This Florence, SC based OTR role comes with a written pay guarantee, both during training and for your first three months as a solo driver. New CDL-A holders, experienced drivers, teams and owner operators are all welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, current DOT medical card, and at least 21 years old

• New CDL-A holders okay, or 6+ months of verifiable solo driving experience

• Teams and owner operators welcome

• Clean driving record and background check

• Must pass a hair and urine drug test

• New drivers need 120+ hours of training from an accredited CDL school

Training

• Guaranteed weekly pay while you train

• A mentor rides along with you for one-on-one, on-road training

• Once training wraps up, you move straight into solo mileage pay

Pay

• OTR pay package averages $1,400 to $1,800 per week

• Your first 3 months as a solo driver come with $1,000 guaranteed weekly pay

• Performance bonuses available

• Short haul loads pay $75 plus mileage, with $15 stop pay

What you'll haul

• Steady freight across mixed lanes and customers

• A mix of live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook

• Consistent mileage week to week

Home time

• Home every two weeks

• Dispatch runs both day and night shifts

• Weekends are part of the schedule; holiday work is optional, never required
