CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $0.65 CPM, Home 3-4 Days

Our company is looking for an experienced CDL-A driver for a W2 over-the-road position, running 3-4 weeks at a stretch with 3-4 days home between trips. You'll be paid by the mile, with empty and loaded miles compensated the same.

Pay

• $0.65 CPM, with all miles paid at the same rate whether loaded or empty

• Drivers who run 3000+ miles weekly can expect to earn between $85,000 and $100,000 per year

• Paid weekly every Friday by direct deposit

• $2,000 retention bonus

• W2 employment, not 1099

Home time

Expect to be out 3-4 weeks at a time, with 3-4 days at home between runs.

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight, 100% of the time

• 85% drop and hook loads

• Newer equipment: 2023-2027 Freightliner Cascadias and Peterbilts

Requirements

• Must be at least 23 years old

• At least 6 months of verifiable CDL-A experience (recent CDL school graduates not accepted)

• Clean driving record and no failed drug tests

• Willing and able to drive 3000+ miles weekly

• Must pass a road test before orientation
