CDL-A OTR Team Truck Driver — $0.80–$0.88 CPM, Avg. $102k/Year

Our company needs experienced CDL-A team drivers for FedEx linehaul work out of Rialto, CA. This is an unassigned OTR team role, so your routes, destinations and dispatch days will shift with network needs. Established teams are welcome, and solo drivers open to being paired with a teammate can also apply.

Pay

• Each driver is paid individually at $0.80-$0.88 per mile for the miles they personally drive, not split pay

• Average annual pay is approximately $102,000 per driver

• Teams typically cover 4,000-6,500 combined miles weekly, meaning each driver drives around half that total

• Example: on a 6,000-mile team week, each driver runs about 3,000 miles, which comes to roughly $2,550 at $0.85 per mile

• CPM is paid out weekly via direct deposit, with weekly per diem on top

• A $5,000 performance bonus is available to each driver, along with monthly safety and availability bonuses, four holiday bonuses, and other performance incentives

• Earnings will shift depending on actual mileage, your pay rate, availability and how you're dispatched

Home time and schedule

• Paid vacation starts with one week after 16 months on the job and a second week after 28 months

What you'll haul

• Freight is no-touch, drop-and-hook

• Dispatch runs hub-to-hub

• Trucks are newer models with refrigerators, microwaves and power inverters on board

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with a doubles endorsement

• Minimum age 21

• Verifiable work history

• Meets DOT English-language proficiency standards

• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 5 years within the last 10

• Able to pass a DOT physical, background check and drug screen

• No revoked or suspended license

• No DUI, DWI or reckless driving convictions

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 36 months

• Must meet all FedEx, DOT and company qualification standards
