CDL-A OTR Team Driver — From $3,000/Week

This is a full-time, direct-hire OTR team driving job for experienced CDL-A drivers. You and a partner run dedicated lanes across the lower 48 in a 53-foot dry van with no-touch freight. The company advertises 20 openings.

Pay

• Advertised earnings start at $3,000 per week.

• Each team driver is paid $1.00 per mile, as advertised.

• Teams typically run 6,500–7,000+ miles per week.

• Every dispatched mile is paid, loaded or empty.

• Pay comes weekly, with your first paycheck the following week.

Routes and equipment

• Dedicated coast-to-coast lanes, such as Georgia to California, California to Mississippi and Florida to New Jersey.

• Mostly 2023–2026 model trucks pulling 53-foot dry vans.

• Dispatch is available 24/7 and there is no forced dispatch.

• The company covers fuel costs.

What you'll do

• Drive a Class A tractor-trailer on interstate routes and share the driving with your team partner.

• Follow DOT rules and company safety policies.

• Keep your logs and paperwork accurate.

• Stay in touch with dispatch about schedules and deliveries.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A and at least 1–2 years of commercial Class A experience; OTR experience is preferred.

• No DUI or SAP history.

• Pass a road test, plus the DOT medical, background screening and driver qualification checks.

• Be ready to stay out for at least 3 weeks per trip cycle.

Truck pickup

• New drivers go to Orlando, Florida, to collect their assigned truck.

• The company pays for travel there, which may be by flight or bus.
