CDL-A OTR Team Driver — $2,400/Week Guaranteed or $0.85 CPM

This OTR team driving role covers all 48 states, with a choice of two pay structures and mostly drop-and-hook, no-touch freight on newer trucks.

Pay

• Option 1: $2,400 guaranteed per driver per week for up to 6,500 miles, then $0.80 per additional mile

• Option 2: $0.85 CPM per team, paid on all miles

• Paid weekly via direct deposit, on a 1099 basis

• Weekly occupational insurance deduction of $49

Home time

• 4 weeks out, 5 days home

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight, mostly drop and hook

• Runs throughout all 48 states

• 2024-2026 Freightliner Cascadia trucks with automatic transmissions

Bonuses

• Sign-on bonus available, ask for details

• Clean DOT inspection bonuses of $100, $200 and $500

• Referral bonus of $500 plus $50 per week

Orientation

• Held in Orlando, Florida, with truck pickup on site

• 50% of travel costs reimbursed

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• At least 6 months of verifiable OTR experience (job listing fields state 1 year of CDL-A experience required)

• Clean driving record and work history

• Basic spoken English

• Willing to drive as part of a team

• Must have completed the SAP program
