CDL-A OTR Team Driver — $2,100–$3,100/Week + $10,000 Bonus

Run OTR as part of a team for our company, hauling contracted dry van and reefer freight across all 48 states and into Canada if you're eligible. This carrier has been operating for over 24 years and focuses on steady freight and driver input on scheduling.

Pay

• Weekly pay runs $2,100 to $3,100

• Rate up to $0.90 CPM depending on your experience

• A $10,000 bonus tied to days spent on the road

• Extra pay for detention, layovers, and stops

Home time and schedule

• Dispatch tries to build routes around what works for you, including taking your days-off needs into account

• Typical runs are 5 to 7 days before you're back home

• Expect to cover roughly 6,000 to 6,500 miles weekly on average

• Freight is dedicated, so your schedule stays predictable

• Dry van and reefer trailers

• Trucks are modern and kept in good condition, with an operations team available for support

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license

• Clean driving history

• Comfortable staying in touch with dispatch and operations
