CDL-A OTR Team & Solo Driver — up to $3850/week

Our company is looking for CDL-A OTR drivers, both teams and solo, to run dry-van freight across a 32-state network. Pay can go up to $3,850 per week for teams, and the company offers several ways to get paid depending on your setup.

Pay options

• Pay match guarantee: bring your most recent settlement or paystub and they'll match your current rate plus add 5 CPM, regardless of experience

• Team mileage pay: up to $1.10 CPM per driver (with 2+ years of CDL-A experience and a clean record), which can total up to $3,850 per driver weekly depending on experience

• Team percentage pay: 35% of gross revenue for qualified teams, with the freedom to pick your own loads and work off rate confirmations - suited to drivers aiming to become owners or lease operators down the road

• Team fixed salary: up to $2,700 per week for drivers with 2+ years of experience (terms apply)

• Solo mileage pay: 75 cents per mile (limited openings)

• Solo percentage pay: 30% of gross revenue

• Paid as a 1099 contractor, with direct deposit weekly

• Overall weekly pay range listed: $2,000.00-$3,850.00

• Only a 12% dispatch fee

• Freightliner equipment

• Walk-away lease with no obligation to buy

• Open to solo and team owner-operators, and team lease operators

What you'll haul

• Dry van, lightweight loads

• Freight runs through a 32-state area

• No mountain-state routes: CO, MT, WY, UT, NV, ID, ND, SD, NE, KS, IA, ME, or New York City

• WA, OR, and CA are optional, based on what you prefer

• Dispatch isn't forced on you

Requirements

• Lead team driver: at least 12 months of CDL-A experience

• Team co-driver: at least 3 months of CDL-A experience

• Solo drivers: minimum of 2 years' experience

• No DUI or reckless driving history

• No more than one preventable accident in the past 3 years

• Must clear a road test and a DOT drug screen
