CDL-A OTR Team & Solo Driver — Up to $3850/Week

Our company is looking for CDL-A OTR drivers, both teams and solo, for long-haul dry-van runs across a 32-state network. Several pay structures are available depending on your experience and whether you drive solo, as a team, or as an owner/lease operator.

Pay

• If you bring in your latest settlement or paystub, they will match your current rate and add 5 CPM on top, no matter your experience level.

• Team drivers on mile pay can earn up to $1.10 CPM with 2+ years of CDL-A experience and a clean record, which can add up to $3,850 per driver per week depending on experience.

• Qualified teams can instead take up to 35% of gross revenue, picking their own loads and working off rate confirmations - a good fit if you're aiming to become an owner or lease operator down the road.

• A fixed weekly salary option up to $2,700 is available for drivers with 2+ years of experience, subject to terms and conditions.

• Solo drivers can choose 75 cents per mile (limited spots) or 30% of gross revenue; at least 2 years of CDL-A experience is required.

• Owner-operators and lease team operators pay just a 12% dispatch fee and run Freightliner trucks under a walk-away lease with no purchase obligation, hauling steady dry-van freight.

• Pay is issued as 1099 contractor income with weekly direct deposit.

What you'll haul

• Dry van, lightweight freight.

• Coverage across 32 states, with no runs into the mountain states (CO, MT, WY, UT, NV, ID, ND, SD, NE, KS, IA, ME) or New York City.

• Washington, Oregon and California are optional, based on what you prefer.

• No forced dispatch.

Requirements

• Team lead driver: at least 12 months of CDL-A experience.

• Team co-driver: at least 3 months of CDL-A experience.

• Solo driver: at least 2 years of CDL-A experience.

• No DUI or reckless driving history.

• No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 3 years.

• Must pass a road test and a DOT drug screen.
