CDL-A OTR Tanker Driver (1099) — $150,000–$175,000/Year

Our company is looking for a CDL A tanker driver for an over-the-road 1099 position hauling hazardous and non-hazardous materials in tractor-tankers. Pay runs $150,000 to $175,000 a year, and there's a rent-to-own program available with no credit check and no down payment.

What you'll haul

• Hazardous and non-hazardous materials in tanker trailers

• Long-distance OTR routes across the country

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-tankers safely on OTR routes

• Load and unload freight, including hazardous materials, following HazMat regulations

• Use GPS for route navigation while complying with FMCSA and DOT rules

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Communicate with dispatchers, clients, and emergency responders as needed

• Maintain a clean driving record and follow all safety protocols

Requirements

• Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record

• Experience with manual 10-speed transmission

• Proven experience driving tankers, including unloading them

• Knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, and Hazardous Materials regulations

• Experience with GPS navigation for route planning

• Drivers who completed an SAP program will not be considered
