My El Shaddai Transport is looking for a Class A CDL solo driver to run over-the-road dry van routes under the Landstar BCO driver platform. You'll handle freight that can include hazardous materials, so safe, compliant driving matters here.
What you'll haul
- Dry van freight on OTR routes, including loads requiring hazmat handling
What you'll do
- Run tractor-trailers over the road while following DOT and hazmat rules
- Complete pre-trip checks on the truck, automatic transmission, GPS, and load securement gear
- Get freight to its destination on time using GPS for route planning
- Stay in touch with dispatch about schedules, route changes, or problems on the road
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with proven commercial driving experience
- Solid understanding of FMCSA, DOT, and hazardous materials regulations
- Comfortable planning routes with GPS navigation
- Background in OTR driving and cargo handling
- Strong safety habits and traffic law compliance
