CDL-A OTR/Regional Reefer Driver — $1,800/wk Avg, No-Touch Freight

Our company is hiring CDL-A company drivers for dedicated OTR and regional reefer lanes. You'll run round-trip routes with no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight, newer trucks, and steady weekly pay.

Pay

• Average weekly pay of $1,800

• Average annual earnings between $87,000 and $112,000

• CPM pay increases every 6 months

• $200 monthly bonus for safe driving

• Paid detention, layover, breakdown and chain time at competitive rates

What you'll haul

• Dedicated OTR and regional reefer freight

• Round-trip lanes averaging 3,200 miles per week

• Freight is 100% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook

Home time

If you live in one of these areas, you'll be home weekly: Denver, CO; Greeley, CO; Cheyenne, WY; Salt Lake City, UT; Reno, NV; Fernley, NV; Oakland, CA; Sacramento, CA; the Bay Area, CA; Kingman, AZ; Albuquerque, NM; Amarillo, TX; Dodge City, KS; Liberal, KS; or Grand Island, NE.

Live elsewhere, and plan on being out 2-3 weeks minimum per trip, with the option to take a week off afterward if you want it.

Equipment

You'll drive 2025-2026 Freightliner Cascadias with automatic transmissions, bunk heaters, inverters, and refrigerators on board.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 24 months of CDL-A experience in the last 36 months

• At least 2 months of driving in the last 6 months

• Age 23 or older

• This role covers OTR and regional lanes only, no local routes

• No more than 1 serious violation in the past 3 years

• No more than 5 driving jobs in the past 2 years

• No more than 3 terminations in the past 5 years

• You should be safety-minded, reliable, and ready for the demands of dedicated OTR/regional work
