CDL-A OTR Refrigerated Driver — Solo or Team, No-Touch Freight

Longistics is looking for OTR company drivers, solo or team, to run refrigerated loads out of Rapid City, SD. The freight is no-touch, the trucks are newer automatics, and you'll be out for 2 weeks with 2 days home between runs.

Pay

• Teams: starting at $0.80 per mile split, every mile paid, typically running 5,000-5,500 miles a week (roughly $4,000/week split between the team)

• Solo: starting at $0.60 per mile, every mile paid, typically running 2,700-3,000 miles a week

• Detention: $10/hour per driver starting at hour 3, with no maximum

• $50 per driver for stops that qualify

• $500 orientation pay

• Paid for breakdowns and weather delays

• Bonuses for quarterly safety performance and clean DOT inspections

Home time

Expect 2 weeks on the road followed by 2 days at home.

Bonuses

• $2,500 sign-on bonus for each driver

• $2,500 bonus for referring another driver

What you'll haul

Refrigerated loads that you won't have to touch, running in 2023-or-newer Volvo, Freightliner and International trucks. Trucks are automatic and governed at 70 MPH, with e-logs, Omnitracs, and Best Pass/PrePass on board.

Requirements

• At least 24 years old

• Valid Class A CDL, no endorsements needed

• Clean driving record and background check

• At least 2 years of OTR experience that can be verified
