CDL-A OTR Reefer Driver — Up to $0.65/Mile, Home Weekly

Our company, a family-owned Montana carrier based in Billings, is looking for experienced OTR drivers to run temperature-controlled freight across the lower 48, Canada and Alaska. You'll work with a dispatch team that knows drivers by name and helps plan routes and home time around your life.

Pay

• Up to $0.65 per mile

• Weekly pay with direct deposit

Home time

• Most reefer drivers get home on a weekly basis, though the exact pattern depends on your lane and assignment

• Dispatch works with you on flexible, driver-focused routing

What you'll haul

• Temperature-controlled (reefer) freight on consistent OTR miles

• Late-model tractors and well-maintained refrigerated trailers

What the job involves

• Pre-trip, post-trip and reefer unit inspections

• Keeping an eye on load temperatures to protect freight quality

• Accurate logs and delivery paperwork

• Clear communication with dispatch, customers and receiving docks

• Following DOT rules and company safety standards

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Current DOT medical card

• At least 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience

• Driving record and safety history that meet the company's insurance standards

• Reefer experience is a plus

• Able to follow the schedule and home-time pattern for your assigned lane
