CDL-A OTR Reefer Driver — 27-30% of Gross, Home 5 Days After 3 Weeks

Our company is looking for a CDL-A OTR driver to run reefer freight in brand-new 2027 Freightliners. You're paid a percentage of gross revenue with weekly settlements, and you get a predictable time-off schedule.

Pay

• You earn 27% of gross per load, rising to 30% over time, with clear weekly settlements (not cents-per-mile)

• Recent driver payouts ranged from $1,995 to $4,655 per week over a 3-week sample, depending on lane and season

• Cash advances of up to $900 per week are available so you're not waiting on your pay

Home time

• The OTR rotation runs 3 weeks on the road followed by 5 days home

Extra earnings

• Earn a $25 bonus for every on-time load

• A fuel savings bonus is also offered
