CDL-A OTR Owner-Operator — Keep 85% of Gross

Our company is looking for OTR and regional owner-operators who want control over their routes and real visibility into their earnings. You keep 85% of gross, and the company says you can see original broker paperwork and settlement documents directly in their system.

Pay

• Keep 85% of gross revenue (more if you supply your own trailer)

• Same-day pay options available

• Fuel rebates reported to average $1,000 per month per partner

What you'll haul

• Dry van, with lease-purchase option

• Reefer and flatbed available through rental arrangements

• Box trucks and sprinter vans are not eligible

How you work

• No forced dispatch; you pick your lanes

• Self-dispatch option available

• Access to a large customer base, described as over 3,800 shippers, with a spot-market focus

• Dispatch support team paid on commission to help find higher-paying loads

Requirements

• Class A CDL with at least 2 years of tractor-trailer experience within the last 5 years

• Clean driving record: no preventable accidents, no major violations, and no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years

• No more than 5 employers in the last 3 years

• Completed SAP status shown in the Clearinghouse before applying

• Must provide your own base plates or join the company's plate program
