CDL-A OTR Flatbed/Conestoga Driver — $0.80–$0.85 CPM + $2,500 Bonus

Our company LLC needs CDL-A flatbed and Conestoga drivers for OTR runs, based out of the Tampa and Jacksonville, FL area. Drivers located within about 300 miles are welcome to apply.

Pay

• $0.80 to $0.85 per mile, or 30-33% of gross, your choice

• Paid on all miles, loaded and empty

• Pay starts from $2,700.00 per week

• $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid out after 3 months on the job

• $100 per tarp pay

• $50 for each extra stop

• Paid for detention and layover time

• Safety bonuses at $500, $300 or $150

• New to tarping? The company trains you for 1 to 2 weeks at $1,000 a week while you learn

Home time

Expect 3 to 4 weeks out followed by 1 week home. Other schedule arrangements may be possible if you ask.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license

• At least 3 months of CDL-A driving experience

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Able to communicate in basic English

• Clean driving record, with no SAP or DUI history
