About this job
This OTR flatbed role hauls Conestoga freight, mainly steel coil, paying $0.70 per mile with strong weekly mileage. This is a 1099 position based out of Florida.
Pay
- $0.70 per mile
- 3,000+ miles per week
- $2,000-$2,500 on your weekly check
- Safety bonuses available
- Paid detention time
Home time
- OTR schedule with flexible time at home
- If you live in KY or a nearby state: out a minimum of 2 weeks, then home for a weekend
- If you live elsewhere: out a minimum of 3 weeks, then 3 days home
What you'll haul
- Flatbed Conestoga trailers
- Steel coil freight, experience with this freight type is required
- Newer equipment: 2023-2026 trucks and brand new Conestoga trailers
Requirements
- CDL-A license
- At least 2 years of flatbed driving experience
- Proven experience hauling steel coil on flatbed/Conestoga equipment
- Strong safety record
