About this job
Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers to run OTR dry van freight across all 48 states. The company has been running for over 10 years and recently added new trucks and trailers to the fleet.
Pay
- Weekly pay ranges from $2,700.00 to $3,600.00, with a weekly average of $3,600+
- Paid out every week
- Rate up to 80 CPM
- Typical weekly mileage runs 3,500-4,000 miles
- Extra bonus pay available for safety, detention, layover, and breakdown situations
Home time
- You build up 1.5 home days per week while out on the road
- Expect to be home roughly every 3-4 weeks for a 5-7 day stretch
- Home time is flexible and worked out based on what fits your schedule
What you'll haul
- Dry van freight, OTR
- Routes cover all 48 states with no shortage of miles
- Freight stays consistent throughout the year, and the dispatch team works to keep you loaded even when the market slows down
Equipment
- Newer Volvo and Freightliner trucks
- Round-the-clock dispatch and roadside support
- Maintenance handled through an in-house shop for quicker turnaround
- Travel costs covered when needed (flights, hotels, rideshare, meals)
- Option to bring the truck home when it makes sense
Requirements
- CDL-A license
- At least 1 year of CDL-A driving experience
