CDL-A OTR Dry Van Driver — $3,000+/Week, Up to $0.93/Mile

Our company is hiring experienced OTR dry van drivers for a 1099 company driver position running dedicated lanes across the country. This role is SAP friendly and suited to drivers who want consistent weekly miles and strong earning potential.

Pay

• Weekly pay of $3,000+ for running 3,700 miles, paid by direct deposit every week as 1099 income

• $2,000 sign-on bonus

• $200 weekly bonus tied to GPS-tracked miles, plus $300-$600 monthly on top of that

• $300 bonus for averaging 8.0+ MPG

• Safety bonus tiers: Level 1 pays $500, Level 2 pays $300, Level 3 pays $200

• Paid detention and layover time

Home time

Expect about 3 days at home after every 3 weeks on the road.

What you'll haul

• No-touch, drop-and-hook dry van freight with pre-planned dispatch

• Dedicated lanes: WI-CA, CA-MS, MS-WI, IN-TX, and MO-GA

• Main operating states include MN, IL, WI, OH, MI, IN, MS, PA, MO, KS, OK, CO, CA, AZ, and NV

• Westbound runs through TX, IA, UT, AR, and AL are prioritized; the Northeast and New York are excluded from the routes

• You'll drive newer automatic trucks - 2023, 2024, and 2026 Kenworth T680s and Freightliner Cascadias - equipped with a bunk heater, APU, power inverter, fridge, microwave, premium bed, and deer guard

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 16 months of driving experience

• Comfortable averaging 3,500+ miles a week, within a 3,000-5,000 mile weekly range
