CDL-A OTR Dry Van Driver — $2,500 Sign-On, 2 Weeks Out

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van runs pulling 53' trailers. You'll run 2 weeks out with 2 nights at home, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus comes with the job.

Pay

• 75 CPM all-in (65 CPM base plus a 10 CPM safety/productivity bonus)

• Pay range listed as $0.65 to $0.75 per mile

• Weekly gross typically runs $1,500-$1,750

• Average weekly mileage of 2,200 to 2,500 miles

• $2,500 sign-on bonus and a $2,000 referral bonus

• Extra stops, layovers, and detention time are paid, along with orientation

Home time

Expect a 2-weeks-out schedule with 2 nights home between runs.

What you'll haul

Dry van freight only, using 53' trailers.

Equipment

Newer, well-kept trucks from Volvo, International, and Peterbilt (579 model), equipped with automatic transmission, an inverter, and APU.

Requirements

• At least 12 full months of CDL-A driving experience

• Minimum age 23 at time of application

• No DUI or DWI within the past 5 years

• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents

• No major speeding violations (21+ mph over the limit) in the last 3 years
