CDL-A OTR Dry Van Driver — $1,200–$1,800/wk, Home Every 2 Weeks

Our company has an OTR dry van seat open for experienced CDL-A drivers based around Crawfordville, Wakulla County and Tallahassee. You run freight across the central and eastern U.S. and get home every two weeks.

Pay

• Weekly average of $1,200–$1,800

• Based on 1,800–2,900 miles per week

• $15 for each extra stop

• $75 plus mileage pay on short hauls

• Monthly bonus tied to performance

• Paid weekly by direct deposit

Home time

You're back home every two weeks, not every four. Expect some weekends on the road, but working holidays is your choice.

What you'll haul

• Dry van loads moving through the central and eastern U.S., with no Northeast runs

• A combination of drop-and-hook, preloaded trailers and live loads

• Your own assigned truck (not slip-seated), averaging about 1.5 years old, offered in automatic or 10-speed

• Options to move into a mentor or team seat later for higher pay

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a Class A CDL

• 6 months of OTR experience within the last 12 months

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years

• No DUI or DWI in the last 10 years

• Must pass a DOT physical plus a hair and urine drug test

Getting started

Orientation runs two days or less. Your hotel is covered, your bus fare gets reimbursed, and you receive a $300 payment once you're hired.
