CDL-A OTR Dry Van Driver — $0.75–$1.00/mile, No-Touch Freight

Our company needs CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van runs, with trucks and orientation ready to go right away. This is a 1099 contractor role covering all 48 states.

Pay

• Solo rate of $0.75 per mile, with top earners bringing home $3,000+ weekly

• Paid out weekly

• Clean DOT inspection bonus of $200-$500 each time

• $500 bonus for referring another driver

• Note: a $2,500 escrow is required, collected at $250 per week

Home time

• Expect to be out for 4 weeks at a stretch, followed by 1 week at home

What you'll haul

• Freight moves for USPS, FedEx, UPS and various brokers

• Loads are 100% no-touch, so you won't be loading or unloading

• Equipment includes newer Freightliner Cascadia, Volvo and International trucks (2023-2026 models) with inverters, fridges and microwaves onboard

Requirements

• Current CDL-A license

• At least 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience

• Clean driving record - no DUI or serious violations within the past 3 years

• Not enrolled in a SAP or Return-to-Duty program

• Available to begin orientation immediately
