CDL-A OTR Driver — Paid Training, 14 Days Out / 2 Home

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers near Fort Pierce, FL for OTR runs hauling dry van freight. You get your own assigned truck, no slip seating, and a set schedule, whether you're a new license holder or already experienced.

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight only, 100% no-touch

• Your own 2024 or newer Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia, automatic transmission, assigned only to you

• Bring the truck home on your scheduled days off

Schedule

• 14 days on the road, then 2 full days at home

Pay

• After training, drivers average $1,400 to $1,600 gross per week

• The top 25% of drivers average up to $1,800 gross per week

• Your rate depends on CPM, miles run, and performance

• Paid weekly by direct deposit

• $300 orientation pay, and the company covers your travel to get there

• Brand-new CDL-A holders earn about $850 gross per week during a 3 to 5 week mentorship (roughly 200 to 250 hands-on hours)

• Drivers with experience who meet requirements go straight into solo driving

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card

• Clean driving record and solid work history

• Must pass a DOT drug screen and background check

• Meet all other DOT and company rules

For experienced applicants: at least 6 months of verifiable solo driving (time spent training under a mentor doesn't count). For new CDL-A holders: 120+ hours of training from an accredited CDL school, plus finishing the company's training program.
