Our company offers new CDL-A graduates a paid mentor program that leads directly into a solo OTR driving role. No prior professional driving experience is needed.
Pay
- During the 4-6 week mentor phase, you're paid as you train
- Once you go solo, you can earn $1,600-$1,800 per week
- Paid weekly by direct deposit
- Full benefits start once training wraps up
Training
You'll ride along with an experienced driver for four to six weeks, picking up hands-on skills beyond what CDL school teaches: trip planning and safe driving habits, handling pickups and deliveries, doing thorough pre- and post-trip inspections, staying in contact with dispatch, and managing the daily demands of OTR work. After training, you move into your own truck and start running solo.
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL
- Completed an accredited CDL training program
- Clean driving record
- Meets DOT qualification standards
- Dependable, safety-minded, and open to mentorship
