CDL-A OTR Driver — Orlando Based — 70–80¢/Mile + $800 Safety Bonus

Our company needs solo Class A drivers for over-the-road runs, with trucks staged out of Orlando, FL. You're expected to manage your own log, keep dispatch informed before small issues turn into big ones, and run a safe, clean month to earn the bonus.

What you'll haul

• Operate the truck safely and stay legal on hours of service through the ELD

• Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections, and flag defects immediately

• Manage bills of lading, seals, and load photos

• Communicate clearly with dispatch, including early ETA updates

Pay

You'll earn either 70–80¢ per mile or 30–32% of gross, depending on the freight you're running - GRX will go over the details with you to find the right fit.

There's also a monthly $800 safety bonus. You get it for any month with no violations, tickets, preventable incidents, and the other safety standards met. It's paid out the month you earn it, not held for later.

Weekly pay ranges from $1,500.00 to $3,000.00.

Home time

The schedule runs 4 weeks out, 1 week home. GRX notes they're working on building routes that would allow drivers to get home every weekend.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL plus a current DOT medical card

• At least 22 years old

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience

• Must pass a road test

• Clean results on MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse, and DOT drug screening

• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident - no visa sponsorship offered

• Full DQ file required: application, 3 years of employment history, road test or equivalent, and signed consents

For the past 36 months, your driving record must show:

• No DUI or DWI

• No major violations - including reckless driving, going 15+ mph over the limit, texting or handheld phone use while driving a CMV, hit-and-run, driving on a suspended license, or fleeing the scene

• No more than 2 violations in the past year

• Accidents are treated as at-fault unless you can show otherwise
