CDL-A OTR Driver — No-Touch Freight, Assigned Truck — New CDL-A Welcome

Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers near Zephyrhills, FL for OTR runs. You get your own assigned truck, dry van freight you never have to touch, and a predictable home-time rotation. Both brand-new CDL-A holders and experienced drivers can apply.

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight only, 100% no-touch

• You're assigned one truck for the duration - no slip seating

• Trucks are 2024 or newer Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia models with automatic transmissions

• You take the truck home with you on your days off

Home time

• 14 days on the road, followed by 2 full days at home

Pay

• Once you're past training, average gross pay runs $1,400 to $1,600 a week

• The top 25% of drivers average up to $1,800 a week gross

• Earnings are based on CPM, miles driven, and performance

• Paid every week by direct deposit

Getting started

• Orientation comes with $300 pay, and the company covers your travel to get there

• If you're new to CDL-A, you'll earn $850 a week during a 3 to 5 week mentorship (roughly 200 to 250 hours of hands-on training)

• Already have experience? You can move straight into solo driving if you meet the requirements below

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Hold a valid Class A CDL

• Current DOT Medical Card

• Clean driving record and solid work history

• Able to pass a DOT drug screen and background check

• Meet all other DOT and company standards

Experience needed

• Experienced applicants: minimum 6 months of verifiable solo driving (time spent training under a mentor doesn't count)

• New CDL-A holders: at least 120 hours of training from an accredited CDL school, plus finishing the company's training program
