What you'll haul

This is dry van freight running anywhere east of Denver, with no runs into the Northeast. Expect a mix of drop-and-hook, preloaded trailers and live loads, covering 1,800-2,900 miles a week.

Training

New CDL holders ride with a mentor for 3 to 5 weeks (200-250 hours) before driving solo, so you can build confidence with things like backing before you're on your own.

Orientation

Orientation takes two days or less. The company covers your hotel and reimburses your bus fare to get there. You'll be assigned your own truck, averaging about 1.5 years old.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a Class A CDL

• Either a new CDL grad or 6 months of recent driving experience

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years

• No DUI or DWI in the last 10 years

• Must pass a DOT physical and a hair/urine drug test

Benefits

Coverage kicks in after 30 days and includes medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage, a 401(k), a stock purchase plan, and an employee assistance program. You and one family member can also earn a tuition-free online degree. Riders can travel with you, and dogs under 40 lbs are welcome once training is complete.
