About this job
Our company is hiring CDL-A OTR drivers out of its Eagan Terminal at 2929 Lone Oak Circle, Eagan, MN 55121. You can choose to run as a company driver or as a lease purchase driver, and both paths come with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Pay
Company drivers are paid cents per mile, loaded and empty, based on experience: $0.62 CPM with 6 months to 1 year of experience, $0.63 CPM with 1 to 2 years, and $0.64 CPM with 2 or more years. You'll also get $200 orientation pay, and settlements come by direct deposit every two weeks.
Lease purchase drivers earn $1.25 cents per mile, with weekly take-home pay expected up to $2,500, paid through weekly direct deposit settlements. Overall pay for the role is listed at $1,500.00 to $3,000.00 per week.
What you'll haul
This is an OTR position running tractor-trailer freight across North America.
Equipment
Lease purchase drivers run 2022 and 2024 Peterbilt 579 Ultra Loft tractors. Our company covers tolls, scales, lumpers, IPass, the ELD system, base plates, and 2290 filings for lease purchase drivers, and there are no trailer rental fees.

Requirements
You need at least 1 year of OTR tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, or 6 months of current, continuous OTR tractor-trailer experience with a clean MVR and PSP report.
