About this job
Our company is hiring CDL-A OTR drivers for company, lease, and owner-operator positions, running consistent freight with 3-4 weeks out and 2026-2027 model trucks.
Pay
- Company solo drivers: $0.80 CPM or 30%-35% of gross
- Company team drivers: $1.05-$1.10 CPM or 35%-40% of gross
- Walk-Away Lease: keep 80% of gross revenue
- Owner Operators: 90% pay, no escrow
- Weekly take-home reported at $3,500-$5,100+
Home time
3-4 weeks out.
What you'll haul
Dedicated and contracted freight, about half drop & hook and half live loads.
Equipment
2026-2027 automatic Freightliner, Kenworth, and Volvo trucks with refrigerator, microwave, inverter, tablet, fuel card, IPASS, and PREPASS.
Requirements
- Class A CDL
- 1+ year of recent OTR experience
- No SAP, or SAP completed 5+ years ago
