About this job
This carrier and freight broker runs coast-to-coast dry van freight and is growing its OTR fleet. Drivers typically log 2800-3200 miles per week, with top earners closer to 3500. SAP drivers are welcome as long as all program steps are finished.
Pay
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Paid weekly by direct deposit
- Set up as a 1099 company driver, averaging $2300 per week
- Extra pay for layovers, detention, and multi-stop runs
Home time
- Choose between 19 days out with 4 days home, or 4 weeks out with 7 days home
- You can bring the truck home during your time off
What you'll haul
- 53' dry van, 100% no-touch freight
- Routes mainly cover the Southeast, Southwest, and Midwest, with limited runs into the Northeast
- Newer trucks that are kept in good condition
Requirements
- At least 2 years of OTR tractor-trailer experience
- Clean driving history
- Able to pass a pre-employment DOT drug test
- SAP drivers accepted if all required steps are complete
