Run nationwide OTR freight on a solo 21/7 schedule, with our company flying you home and back each rotation. Freight is 100% no-touch, and pay scales up with experience.
Schedule
- Work 21 days on the road, then get 7 days at home (2 of those are travel days)
- Park your truck at a terminal and the company covers your flight home and back for your week off
Pay
- $0.65 per mile with 12-29 months of experience, $0.67 per mile at 30+ months
- Typical weekly earnings run $1,700-$2,100, averaging $90K-$112K per year
- Weekly paydays with a straightforward pay structure
- Detention pay kicks in after just 1 hour
- Safety-based pay raises at set mileage marks, up to a high ceiling
- Referral bonuses available for experienced drivers you bring on
Bonuses
- CSA Safety Bonus: $750 plus 8 hours of PTO every 90 days
- On-Road Safety Bonus: $650 every 90 days

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 8 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No preventable DOT-reportable accidents in the last 3 years
