About this job
Our company is looking for OTR CDL-A drivers for a no-touch dry van truckload route with a fixed schedule and newer automatic trucks.
Schedule
- Fixed rotation: 18 days on the road, 5 days home
Pay
- $0.65 CPM for drivers with up to 29 months of experience, $0.67 CPM for 30+ months
- Projected yearly pay between $94k and $109k
- Weekly paychecks based on a practical mileage system
- Detention pay kicks in after just 1 hour
- Extra pay available for accessorials and referrals
Bonuses
- Quarterly CSA Safety Bonus of $700 plus 8 hours of PTO
- On-Road Safety Bonus of $600 every 90 days
What you'll haul
- Full truckload dry van freight, 100% no-touch
Equipment
- Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth T680 tractors, automatic transmissions, assigned to you
- Trucks come with a 1,500W inverter, fridge, microwave, flat-screen TV, Bluetooth radio, free SiriusXM, bunk heater and dual air-ride seats
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 9 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- No DWIs in the last 7 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No preventable DOT accidents in the last 3 years
