CDL-A OTR Driver — $1,400–$1,600/wk Avg, No-Touch Freight, 14/2 Home Time

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers near Winter Haven, FL to run OTR routes in newer trucks, hauling dry van loads you never have to touch yourself. Both brand-new CDL-A holders and experienced drivers can apply, with separate pay plans for each.

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight only, fully no-touch

• You're assigned your own 2024-or-newer Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia (automatic transmission) — no sharing trucks with other drivers

• Bring the truck home on your days off

Home time

• 14 days on the road, then 2 full days at home

Pay

• Once training ends, typical weekly gross runs $1,400 to $1,600

• The top quarter of drivers see up to $1,800 a week

• Earnings depend on cents-per-mile rate, how many miles you run, and performance

• Paid weekly by direct deposit

• Orientation includes $300 in pay plus covered travel to get there

Training

• Drivers new to CDL-A earn an average of $850 a week gross through a 3-5 week mentorship (roughly 200-250 hours of hands-on driving)

• Drivers with enough experience skip the mentorship and go straight to solo runs

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Class A CDL in hand

• Current DOT medical card

• Clean driving record and solid work history

• Able to pass a background check and DOT drug screening

• Meets all other DOT and company standards

For experienced applicants: a minimum of 6 verifiable months driving solo (time spent training or mentoring doesn't count toward this).

For new CDL-A holders: at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited truck driving school, plus finishing the company's training program.
