This is a full-time CDL-A OTR driving job hauling reefer and dry van freight across the United States. You need at least 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
Pay
- $0.75 - $0.80 per mile
What you'll haul
- Refrigerated (reefer) and dry van freight, long-haul routes across the US
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- At least 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Valid DOT medical card
- Experience with reefer and/or dry van trailers
- Clean driving record
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
What you'll do
- Operate a tractor-trailer on OTR routes
- Deliver freight on time
- Inspect your truck and trailer before and after trips
- Keep accurate logs and paperwork
- Monitor temperature settings on reefer loads
- Stay in contact with dispatch about loads and routes
