CDL-A OTR Company Driver — Up to $1,900/Wk, $2K Sign-On, Home Every 7-10 Days

Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A company drivers to run OTR routes centered in the Midwest. You'll haul mostly drop-and-hook, no-touch freight for a small group of dedicated customers, driving newer automatic Kenworth trucks.

Pay

• Average weekly pay of $1,400 to $1,900 before taxes

• $2,000 sign-on bonus

• Weekly pay

• Bonuses available for safety and DOT inspections

Home time and miles

• Drivers are typically out 2-3 weeks at a time, with 3-4 days off between runs

• Company aims to get you home every 7-10 days

• You'll need to run at least 2,800 miles per week, with most drivers averaging 3,200-3,500

Routes and freight

• Runs are concentrated in the Midwest, especially eastern Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska, with occasional trips to states like Utah, New Mexico, Arkansas and Illinois

• No coast-to-coast runs

• About 70-80% of loads are drop-and-hook, all no-touch, mostly from 5 dedicated customers with few broker loads

Equipment

• 2024-2026 Kenworth T680 trucks with the VIT package, replaced every 500,000 miles

• Automatic transmission paired with a Cummins engine

• Features include a Carrier APU, inverter, refrigerator, double bunks, heated and cooled leather seats, and carpeted flooring

Requirements

• At least 2 full years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience, no exceptions

• Comfortable driving at night

• No more than 3 preventable or serious accidents or violations in the past 5 years (serious violations include excessive speeding, reckless or careless driving, improper lane changes, following too closely, at-fault collisions, and felony or alcohol/drug convictions)

• No more than 4 jobs in the last 12 months without a reasonable explanation

• No current or former SAP drivers

• No DUIs or DWIs

• Reefer experience is a plus but not required

• Pets are not allowed, no exceptions
