About this job
Our company is hiring a CDL-A OTR company driver to run Amazon freight and street loads full time, on a percentage pay structure. Freight is 100% no-touch, so you won't be loading or unloading.
Pay
- You're paid 32% of the overall gross revenue your truck generates
- Weekly direct deposit
- Estimated weekly pay: $3,200.00 - $3,800.00
What you'll haul
- Dedicated Amazon freight plus street loads
- No-touch freight, consistent and reliable load volume
- Trucks are 2023 or newer (listed as both Freightliner and Volvo in the posting)
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- Must meet DOT/FMCSA requirements
- Background check, MVR, drug/alcohol screening and employment history check required
- Dependable, safety-minded, and good at communicating with dispatch
- Note: the posting states both "no experience" needed and a 2-year OTR experience minimum elsewhere
Support
- Dispatch team has over 6 years of experience and speaks English, Russian, Uzbek and Turkish
- Round-the-clock support covering fleet dispatch, safety and ELD needs
