CDL-A OTR Company Driver — $80,000–$96,000/Year

Our company is hiring experienced CDL-A company drivers for OTR runs. Solo drivers typically bring home between $80,000 and $96,000 a year, with all miles paid door to door.

Pay

• W2 base rate of $0.67 to $0.73 per mile

• Accessorial pay (layovers, extra stops, breakdowns, on-time delivery bonus, etc.) adds another 5-7 CPM

• Elite Driver Program can add up to an extra $7,400 per year on top of your other earnings

• Guaranteed annual raise of 1 CPM based on how long you've been with the company

• All miles paid address-to-address

• Paid every week, with a weekly minimum pay guarantee

• Per diem program available

Home time

You'll get consistent, on-time home time.

Requirements

• Valid Class A license

• At least 6 months of recent commercial driving experience
