CDL-A OTR Company Driver — $80,000–$96,000/year

Our company is hiring experienced CDL-A company drivers to run over the road out of Saint Cloud, MN. This is a W2 solo driver job, and the posting says solo drivers can expect to earn between $80,000 and $96,000 per year.

Pay

• W2 base rate of $0.67 to $0.73 per mile. The $0.67 CPM base can rise by up to 6 more CPM through the ELITE Bonus Performance Program, for a top rate of $0.73 CPM.

• Accessorial pay (layover, extra stops, breakdown, on-time delivery bonus and similar) typically adds another 5-7 CPM.

• The Elite Driver Program can add up to $7,400 a year on top of your other pay.

• Every mile is paid, address to address.

• Your rate goes up 1 CPM each year based on tenure, guaranteed.

• A weekly minimum pay guarantee applies, and pay arrives weekly.

Home time

Requirements

• A valid Class A license.

• At least 6 months of recent commercial driving experience.
