CDL-A OTR Company Driver — $1,525/wk Average, $5,000 Sign-On

Our company is looking for solo CDL-A drivers near Denham Springs, Walker and Livingston Parish for an OTR dry van position. Expect freight that's almost entirely hands-off, with a strong sign-on bonus and steady home time.

Pay

• Average weekly earnings of $1,525 on roughly 2,000 miles

• $5,000 bonus for signing on

• Mileage rate increases as you gain experience

• Loyalty pay adds 3 to 6 cents per mile once you hit one year

• Monthly bonus of up to 3 cents tied to safety and mileage

• Per diem program included

• Paid every week

• Yearly raises and paid vacation after your first year

Getting paid when things don't go as planned

• Detention pay: $12.50 per hour after the first 2 hours

• Layover or breakdown pay: $100 per day

• Short-haul minimum: $100 to $200

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight, about 99% no-touch and roughly 85% drop and hook

Equipment

• Your own assigned truck, automatic, 2023 model year or newer

• Take it home with you on days off

Home time

• 2 days at home after every 10 to 14 days on the road

• Routes cover all 48 states, mostly east of I-35

• NYC runs are never forced on you

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older with a Class A CDL

• At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 36 months

• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years

• No DUI or DWI within the past 10 years

• Must pass a DOT physical along with a hair and urine drug test
