CDL-A OTR & Regional Reefer Driver — $1,800/wk Avg, No-Touch Freight

Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A drivers to run dedicated OTR and regional reefer freight. Expect steady round-trip lanes, mostly drop-and-hook loads, and newer equipment.

Pay

• Average weekly pay of $1,800

• Average annual earnings of $87,000-$112,000 (wage range listed as $87,000.00-$112,000.00 per year)

• CPM raises every 6 months

• $200 monthly bonus for safe driving

• Competitive pay for detention, layover, breakdowns, and chaining up

What you'll haul

• Dedicated OTR and regional reefer freight

• Round-trip lanes averaging 3,200 miles per week

• Freight is 100% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook

Home time

If you live in or near Denver, CO; Greeley, CO; Cheyenne, WY; Salt Lake City, UT; Oakland, CA; Sacramento, CA; the Bay Area, CA; Kingman, AZ; Albuquerque, NM; Amarillo, TX; Guymon, OK; Dodge City, KS; Liberal, KS; Grand Island, NE; or Reno, NV, you'll be home every week. Drivers outside these areas should plan on being out for 2-3 weeks straight, with the option to take a week off afterward if wanted.

Equipment

You'll drive a 2025-2026 Freightliner Cascadia with automatic transmission, a bunk heater, an inverter, and a refrigerator.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 24 months of CDL-A experience in the last 36 months

• Must have driven at least 2 months within the last 6 months

• Age 23 or older

• This role covers OTR and regional lanes only, not local routes

• No more than 1 serious violation in the past 3 years

• No more than 5 driving jobs in the past 2 years

• No more than 3 terminations in the past 5 years

• Must be safety-minded and dependable, ready for the demands of OTR and regional dedicated freight
