- Help unload the truck and put equipment away once you're back at the distribution center
- Drive a new automatic Kenworth T680 with leather air-ride seats, GPS, and backup/side cameras, pulling a 48 ft Great Dane trailer with electric side lift gates
- Use battery-powered pallet jacks to move product and a Samsara app that shows you where to park and unload at each stop
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL from your state of residence
- At least 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience
- Minimum age 21
- High school diploma or GED
- Must live within 60 miles of the distribution center

- Able to work in temperatures from -10F to 100F, mostly at night and in all weather
- Able to lift up to 65 lbs repeatedly per shift, and occasionally use equipment to move loads up to 2,000 lbs
- Comfortable reading, writing, and speaking English for instructions, paperwork, labels, and scanner prompts
- Occasional travel (about 5%) for operator visits, supplier visits, or conferences
- Food-service delivery experience and a customer-service mindset are a plus
Benefits
- Free meals, snacks, and drinks during your shift
- Paid time off: up to 3 weeks accrued in your first year, with 40 hours available immediately, plus 16 hours of wellness time, 7 holidays plus one floating holiday
- 4 weeks of paid parental bonding leave, plus short-term disability if eligible

- 401(k) with a 5% company match for eligible team members
- Up to $45,000 lifetime tuition assistance for continuing education
- On-site mechanics keep your truck and trailer in top shape
- Benefits are valued at more than $22,000 a year on top of your base pay
