About this job
10-4 Logistics is bringing on new CDL-A graduates for its Eastern regional dry van fleet. You'll start with paid, hands-on mentorship before moving into your own assigned truck.
Training phase
- Paid orientation to start
- One-on-one mentor guidance as you learn regional freight
- $850 per week during training
- Paid out weekly, every Friday
- Training lasts until you finish the mentor program and are cleared to drive solo
Pay once you're solo
- Expected earnings of $1,600-$1,800+ per week
- Performance and safety bonus opportunities
What you'll haul
- No-touch dry van freight
- Eastern regional lanes
- Your own assigned truck
Home time
- Weekly or bi-weekly home time options
On the job support
- Dispatch available 24/7
- Tolls and fuel covered by the company
- Pet and rider policies in place
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 120 hours of training from an accredited CDL school
- Clean driving record
- Must meet DOT and FMCSA standards
- Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and drive safely
