CDL-A Local Truck Driver — Home Daily, No Experience Needed

Our company is looking for full-time CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated run based out of Lathrop, CA. No prior trucking experience is required, since full training is provided from day one, and you'll be home every day.

Pay

• Annual pay: $78,000-$88,400

• Weekly average: $1,500-$1,700

• Sign-on bonus: $2,000-$4,000

• Mileage rate: $0.58-$0.70 per mile, depending on experience

Home time

You return home every day on this dedicated local position. Schedule runs 5 or 6 days a week, with both day and night shifts available.

What you'll haul

• Dry van trailers on no-touch freight

• Fixed lanes, customers and weekly schedule

• About 1,500-2,000 miles driven per week

• Late-model automatic trucks, 2023 or newer, from a well-kept fleet

Requirements

• Current CDL-A

• At least 21 years old

• Clean driving history, with no SAP program or DUI on record

• Must clear a DOT physical exam and pre-employment drug test

• Must live within 50 miles of Lancaster, PA

What the job involves

You'll run your truck safely along assigned local routes, complete pre- and post-trip inspections, keep ELD logs accurate, follow DOT and company safety rules, and stay in contact with dispatch on your progress.
