CDL-A Local Delivery Driver — CA, AZ & NV Routes

Our company needs a local delivery driver to run a 53 ft refrigerated truck on routes through California, Arizona and Nevada. You'll handle daily customer drop-offs, load and unload product, and keep your rig and paperwork in order.

What you'll haul

• Deliveries run through CA, AZ and Nevada, with daily, on-time drop-offs to business customers

• You'll drive a 53 ft refrigerated truck with a gross weight up to 80,000 lbs

• Loads are made up of product packages typically 20-60 lbs, occasionally up to 80 lbs

• You'll pick up and drop off inventory, handle payments and keep the truck and goods secure

What the job involves

• Daily pre-trip inspections and basic upkeep of the truck, inside and out

• Keeping accurate logs and maintenance records

• Using material handling equipment to move freight

• Representing the company professionally with customers and coworkers

• Following state and federal driving regulations plus company policy

• Other tasks as assigned; duties may shift over time

Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted Class A driver's license

• At least 21 years old

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience

• Familiarity with Southern California routes and cities

• Clean DMV record and clean background check

• Able to pass a physical exam and lift up to 80 lbs

• Safe, lawful driving habits at all times
